Path of Exile 2: All Anomaly Bosses and How to Clear Them

Anomaly bosses in Path of Exile 2 have quickly become some of the most challenging and rewarding encounters in the game. Introduced in patch 0.3, these bosses drop exclusive Lineage Support Gems that are highly sought after for endgame builds. As of now, there are four Anomaly bosses, all tied to final encounters from Act 4 and the three Interludes. This guide covers all Anomaly bosses, how to Path of Exile 2 Currency locate them, strategies to defeat them, and the unique rewards you can earn.

What Are Anomaly Bosses in Path of Exile 2?

Anomaly bosses are endgame-focused encounters that require players to complete the main campaign and explore the Atlas. Each boss presents multi-phase fights with unique mechanics, combining high-damage attacks, AoE patterns, and mobility challenges. Unlike standard bosses, these fights test both strategy and skill, making them rewarding for dedicated players.

These bosses drop rare and exclusive items, including Lineage Support Gems, making them crucial for competitive builds. Farming these bosses efficiently can dramatically improve your character's power and versatility.

All Anomaly Bosses in Path of Exile 2

1) Manoki, the Chosen

Location: Jade Isle (Endgame Atlas)
Inspired by: Tavakai, Karui Chieftain (Act 4)
Access Requirements: Remove Maelstrom by clearing connected maps and disabling a Karui Beacon.

Manoki is a three-phase encounter:

Phase One: Manoki appears in semi-human form. Reduce his HP by 60% to trigger a transformation, and HP reset near Tukohama's shrine. Watch for slam attacks.
Phase Two: The boss uses corrupted attacks and spikes from the ground. A short delay allows dodging, but hitting full damage quickly is essential.
Phase Three: Increased speed and AoE attacks. Prolonged fights risk a DoT ground attack that drains life flasks.

Possible Rewards: Kaom's Madness, Rakiata's Flow, Tawhoa's Tending, Tasalio's Rhythm.

Tips: Maintain mobility, use ranged or dodging skills to avoid spikes, and burst him down before cheap Path of Exile 2 Currency the arena becomes overwhelming.
